Strategic Leadership and Teamwork

The title of your final summary paper is Strategic Leadership and Teamwork. The paper should focus on the strategies of successful leadership development and how leaders effectively influence others, both individually and as members of a team within your current or future organization. Be sure to address the following leadership concepts and incorporate the importance of effective skills in each:

Required Components:

• Motivational theories: Discuss the importance of motivational theories on leadership/management and organizational culture.
• Leadership styles: Evaluate the worth and effectiveness of at least three leadership attitudes and styles.
• Management Versus Leadership – Discuss the importance of having both leadership and management characteristics for a successful work environment.
• Personal leadership style/philosophy: Identify your personal leadership style and one positive way you can improve your leadership or management based upon information that you have learned while taking this course.
• Contribution to your organization: Identify one thing you will do to contribute to your organization in a positive way based upon the information you have learned while taking this course.
• How does a biblical worldview support or change your personal leadership style and how does it inform your contribution to the organization, if at all? Support your answer with a Biblical reference.

Final Paper Guidelines:

This paper is to be five to seven pages in length, not including a cover page, references, or an appendix. In keeping with APA guidelines, please do not include items such as charts, graphs, photographs, or illustrations in the body of your paper. Such items are to be references in your paper and included in an appendix.

You are required to use three to five academic references. The references should be some combination of academic journal articles and academic textbooks.
